Ketika stress, badan akan menghasilkan banyak hormon adrenalin dan juga kortisol serta disalurkan ke dalam saluran darah. Hormon ini kemudiannya menyebabkan badan serta minda bersedia menghadapi situasi stress dengan merangsang beberapa organ vital dalam badan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sekiranya tahap tekanan anda terlalu tinggi dan menyebabkan kesan negatif terhadap kesejahteraan anda, anda perlu belajar mengawalnya agar anda lebih sihat, baik dari segi mental dan fizikal.
