Makanan yang berunsurkan daging: Orang kata kambinglah punca utama rasa pening kepala. Elakkan makanan yang menjadi suspek dan lihat kesannya setelah anda menghindarkan makanan tersebut daripada diet harian anda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selain makanan-makanan di atas, sebenarnya pakar kesihatan mempercayai bahawa tabiat makan anda sehari-hari juga boleh mencetuskan migrain at. Anda mudah diserang sakit kepala jika anda:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Makan tak tentu masa<\/li><li>Tak minum air secukupnya<\/li><li>Selalu&nbsp;<em>skip<\/em>&nbsp;makan<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Namun seandainya anda masih sering diserang sakit kepala dengan kerap, berjumpalah doktor untuk pemeriksaan selanjutnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SIMPTOM DAN TANDA TANDA MIGRAIN YANG MUNGKIN ANDA TERLEPAS PANDANG<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.
