Dah lebih setahun tak dapat berjemaah di masjid sepanjang PKP. Menurut Dr. Raja Afendi, serat boleh di kategori kepada 2 jenis, serat larut dan serat tak larut.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Serat larut boleh didapati dalam makanan seperti epal, oat dan kacang. Serat larut yang di ambil akan menebal dan mengembang dalam persekitaran berair dalam perut anda dan memberi kekenyangkan lebih lama kepada anda semasa berpuasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Serat tak larut pula diperoleh dari kebanyakan sayur-sayuran dan bijirin yang akan menyerap air di saluran bawah usus dan memudahkan pembuangan sisa melalui sistem penghadaman anda, dan membantu anda membuang air besar secara tetap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Serat juga boleh bantu rendahkan kadar peningkatan gula dalam darah seterusnya mengurangkan rasa lapar semasa berpuasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kebanyakan serat digunakan oleh tubuh kita dalam proses fermentasi bakteria di bahagian usus besar kita.
