Setiap hari tugasan mereka adalah sama seperti memasak, mengemas rumah, dan hal-hal lain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malah wanita yang bekerja di luar juga turut memerlukan tenaga sampingan, kerana kebiasaannya mereka akan keluar rumah untuk bekerja dari siang sampai ke petang. Di belah siang pula telah menghabiskan masa mereka tdengan bekerja, hanya di belah malam berada di rumah bersama keluarga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bayangkan celik je mata setiap pagi bermacam-macam perkara perlu dilakukan. Belum lagi bab tidak cukup tidur, makan tidak menentu dan ketidak selesaan ketika datang bulan. Yang mengandung pula dalam kategori tersendiri, serba serbi tidak kena dan tidak selesa seperti mabuk, tiada selera makan, krem kaki dan sakit belakang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hormon setiap wanita turut tidak menentu dan akan menjadikan tenaga mereka cepat mudah letih dan lesu. Apa yang wanita perlu menitikberatkan dalam kesihatan mereka terutama tenaga adalah dengan menjaga pemakanan mereka serta mengamalkan gaya hidup yang sihat.
