Ada yang mempunyai anak ramai, anak sedikit, kaya, miskin, sihat atau sakit. Lumrah manusia mesti mahukan yang sempurna &amp; terbaik umtuk mereka. Kita mampu berusaha, yang selebihnya adalah caturan daripada Allah swt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Begitu jugak dengan aspek kesihatan. Setiap yang dilahirkan di muka bumi Allah ni\u00a0 mahukan sentiasa sihat. Seperti\u00a0 ibu bapa, semestinya mereka impikan kehidupan sepanjang hayat bersama bersama pasangan, susah senang bersama. Tapi jika kesihatan membataskan aktiviti, mereka perlu akur kerana hidup ni ada pasang surut nya Allah swt uji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Penuaan sihat bermaksud individu yang sudah mencapai usia tua tetapi masih berkemampuan untuk berdikari serta menguruskan diri sendiri. Ia adalah proses membentuk dan mengawal fungsi badan kekal di tahap yang baik biarpun memasuki usia emas (veteran). Walaupun ada antaranya dikurniakan usia panjang tetapi mengalami sakit dan terlantar di atas katil rumah atau hospital disebabkan menghidap pelbagai penyakit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2018Penuaan\u2019 sihat tidak mungkin berlaku andai individu tidak \u00a0mengamalkan gaya hidup sihat seawal usia muda. Paling utama ialah dengan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tidur yang kualiti<\/li>\n<li>Mengawal berat badan<\/li>\n<li>Banyakkan minum air putih<\/li>\n<li>Mengamalkan gaya hidup aktif seperti berjogging<\/li>\n<li>Menjaga pemakanan seperti tidak makan berminyak, manis, kolestrol yg tinggi, &amp; MSG. Lebihkan makan sayuran hijau<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Macam video perkongsian cerita daripada pasangan suami isteri Encik Mohd Ridza &amp; Puan Bidah merupakan pasangan yang berhasrat untuk memiliki kecergasan berganda dalam dalam menjalani aktiviti harian walaupun dah menjangkau usia 60-an ke atas. Pasangan ini juga berhasrat untuk kekal cergas agar aktiviti seperti dulunya dapat diteruskan seperti Puan Bidah dapat menguruskan kerja rumah tanpa mengalami kesakitan sakit sendi yang teruk.
