Bak kata pepatah, sedap di tekak bila makan, tapi seksanya di perut.\u00a0Kalau boleh semua makanan nak di sumbatnya dalam satu masa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kunci Allah yang perlu pegang adalah Allah tidak suka orang berlebih-lebihan dalam buat sesuatu perkara. Selain itu, kesihatan adalah sesuatu yang anda mampu menahan daripada makan dan minum saat perut ketika kenyang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bila makan secara berlebihan, terdapat dua tempat anggota badan yang merosakkan diri seseorang iaitu otak dan perut, di mana kalau tidak di jaga dengan baik boleh meraih penyakit seseorang daripada otak dan perut sehingga tidak berfungsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nabi SAW dalam hadisnya berkata, berhentilah makan sebelum kenyang dan janganlah berlebihan ketika makan sehingga kenyang dan membuat diri seseorang berasa malas serta merosakkan kesihatan pada diri sendiri semata-mata mengikut hawa nafsu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jika ia harus mengisinya, maka satu pertiga\u00a0untuk makanannya, satu pertiga lagi untuk minumannya, dan satupertiga lagi untuk (udara).\u201d (HR. Sedikit perkongsian daripada Da\u2019i Wan dalam Live Hidayah Talk yang bertajuk \u2018Berhenti Sebelum Kenyang\u2019 yang boleh di jadikan panduan seperti di bawah Inshaallah <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Makan bila perlu<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Makan mengikut keperluan bukan kehendak nafsu semata-mata. Bila nafsu tidak dapat kawal ia akan menjadi satu habit seseorang yang suka membazir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mudah terkena penyakit<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bila terlalu makan dan minum tanpa melakukan sebarang aktiviti luar boleh menyebabkan pelbagai penyakit antaranya obesiti, kolestrol tinggi, dan jantung.
