Sekarang ini semua benda boleh buat. Cuma kena\ntawakal sahaja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left\">Seperti penyakit-penyakit yang merbahaya seperti penyakit tiga serangkai, sakit lutut dan sakit sendi dimana perubatannya memerlukan satu keinginan yang kuat dan konsisten semasa proses penyembuhan sedang dilakukan..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left\"><strong>Yang penting, kita kena tawakal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left\">Apa yang admin nak ceritakan kali ini, bagaimana\nkeadaan wanita-wanita yang mempunyai kuasa semangat yang hebat kerana mereka\nmampu melakukan pelbagai pekerjaan dalam masa sehari terutamanya wanita yang\nbekerja disiang hari dan menjadi surirumah dimalam hari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left\"><strong>Apa yang mereka amalkan?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left\">Antara amalan yang boleh meningkatkan tenaga seseorang ialah kena bangun awal pagi sebelum Subuh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Admin yakin, apabila kita bangun awal pagi dan sudah membersihkan diri dan bersedia untuk menjalani hari yang mencabar ini, pastinya mood kita akan jadi lebih bersemangat. Pastikan, semua orang cukup tidur yang berkualiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left\">Jom kita ikuti amalan-amalan yang boleh mencergaskan\nbadan kita yang sering lesu sepanjang hari ini. Semoga ada yang berhasil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. JANGAN SEDAP DITEKAK, PERIT DIPERUT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" src=\"https:\/\/seraimas.my\/backup\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/01_22-02.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10941\" srcset=\"https:\/\/seraimas.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/01_22-02.jpg 500w, https:\/\/seraimas.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/01_22-02-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/seraimas.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/01_22-02-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/seraimas.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/01_22-02-100x100.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p> Jaga pemakanan kita dengan perbanyakkan makan makanan sayur-sayuran dan buah-buahan kerana makanan-makanan seperti ini dapat membersihkan perut kita iaitu usus dan mengelakkan kita daripada berisiko untuk mudah jatuh sakit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apabila kita selalu makan makanan berlemak dan bergula tinggi, potensi untuk badan menjadi lesu dan malas itu sangatlah tinggi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oleh sebab itu, memakan sayuran dan buahan mampu membuang toksin yang melekat disekeliling usus kita dan yang paling penting sekali, jangan lupa untuk sarapan! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Minuman manis boleh menyebabkan penyakit merbahaya seperti diabetes dan kencing manis hadir secara tiba-tiba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manakala, minuman berkafein pula menyebabkan sistem penghadaman dan penyerapan zat agak terganggu. Minuman berkafein ini juga membuatkan badan kita mudah lesu kerana ia terperangkan didalam tubuh badan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jika anda seorang penggemar minuman berkafein terutamanya ketika sarapan pagi, pastikan bersihkan dengan air kosong pula untuk sepanjang hari. Barulah badan seimbang dan tidak lesu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Cukuplah sekurang-kurangnya melakukan senaman seminggu sekali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Senaman ini bukan perlu berjoging sahaja, ia juga boleh dilakukan dengan aktiviti yoga, zumba dan senamrobik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan senaman, ia bukan sahaja mampu mengurangkan rasa lesu badan, malah dapat meningkat kekuatan dan daya tahan ketahanan badan, boleh mengawal stress dan mengurangkan paras tekanan, dan juga dapat merendahkan bacaan darah tinggi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.
