BACA NI.<\/p>\n<p>Masalah jantung merupakan masalah utama bagi seluruh masyarakat dunia. Selain pemakanan tak seimbang, ramai tak percaya, kerja lebih masa merupakan punca yang kerap masyarakat abaikan.<\/p>\n<p>Terlalu komited dengan kerja atau bos paksa untuk siapkan kerja sehingga terpaksa bekerja lebih masa tak mampu mengembalikan jantung yang sihat.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Kajian menyatakan, pekerja yang bekerja lebih 60 jam seminggu, mempunyai kemungkinan hadapi masalah ini sebanyak 42%.<\/p>\n<p>Manakala pekerja bekerja lebih 75 jam seminggu, kemungkinannya ialah 63%.<\/p>\n<p>Umum juga tak akui bahawa kerja lebih masa tidak meningkatkan produktiviti dalam bekerja, malah menurun.<\/p>\n<p>Jika diberi pilihan, nak kerja lebih masa atau nakkan jantung yang sihat, anda nak yang mana?<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NAK BEBAS MASALAH JANTUNG?
